What a listing includes

A listing is a public studio profile at /designers/<studio> with a cover image, portfolio of up to eight images, city, specialisation, website and Instagram links, and an enquiry form that delivers customer enquiries to the studio's dashboard. Featured and Studio Partner listings appear above Listed studios in their city. Studio Partner listings also include a dedicated contact for project orders, custom sizes and white-label packaging.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A tax invoice is available from Deewar on request.

Payment and verification

Each period is paid in advance as a one-time payment through Razorpay. The period starts on the date of payment. After payment, Deewar verifies the studio within 48 hours, which may include a call to the listed mobile number and a check of the website or Instagram account. The profile becomes public once it is verified; the trade code works from the moment the payment is received. Deewar may decline to verify a studio that does not offer interior design or architecture services, or whose details cannot be confirmed; in that case the payment is refunded in full.

Renewal

Listings do not renew automatically. A WhatsApp reminder is sent seven days before the period ends and again on the last day. Renewal is done from the designer dashboard and extends the period from the current end date when the listing is still active, or from the date of payment when it has lapsed. When the period ends without renewal the profile is hidden from the directory and the trade code stops working; the profile, portfolio and enquiries are kept and come back as soon as a new payment is made.

A plan can be changed at renewal. Moving to a higher plan during an active period starts a new period for the new plan on the date of payment; the remaining days of the old period are not credited.

Refunds

No refunds are made once a listing has been verified. Pro-rata refunds for unused days, plan downgrades or cancellations are not offered. The only refund is the full refund of a payment for a studio that Deewar declines to verify, made to the original payment method within seven working days.

Trade discount

Each listed studio receives a trade code, TRADE-<STUDIO>, giving the plan's percentage off the print price on orders placed on Deewar Studio. The code works while the listing is paid up, on any number of orders, and is applied at the basket. It is meant for the studio's own and its clients' projects; a code shared publicly or used for resale may be withdrawn. The discount applies to the print price and not to shipping. It cannot be combined with other codes.

Content and conduct

The studio confirms it holds the rights to every image it uploads and that the listed details are accurate. Deewar may remove content that is misleading, infringes someone else's rights or is not related to interior design, and may suspend a listing for repeated customer complaints; no refund is due in those cases. Customer enquiries are shared with the studio for the purpose of responding to that customer and must not be added to marketing lists without the customer's consent.

Changes to this policy

Deewar may update this policy; the version in force at the time of a payment applies to that period. Questions: contact Deewar.
