Effective 14 October 2026. By using deewarstudio.com or the Deewar Studio app you agree to these terms. The store is operated by 5GENTECH, Amritsar, India, and serves delivery addresses in India only.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Every piece is printed and framed to order after payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be produced, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if payment cannot be verified.

Payment

Payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI). An order is confirmed only when Razorpay reports the payment as captured. Coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown when issued and cannot be combined unless stated.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates in working days as described on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report damage within 48 hours with photographs.

Returns

Because each print is made to order, returns are accepted only for damage in transit, a printing or framing defect, or a wrong item, as set out on the returns page. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Colour and materials

Screens vary; printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on your device. Frames are solid pine, hand-finished, and natural wood grain varies from piece to piece.

Artists and designers

Sellers and listed studios are bound by the artist policy and designer listing policy, including the commission and subscription terms stated there.

Intellectual property

Artwork, photographs, text and the Deewar Studio name and logo belong to Deewar Studio or the respective artists and may not be reproduced without permission. Buying a print does not transfer copyright.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your mobile number. Do not share OTPs. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or resale without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes
